Bishops Eye is a family-run, independent wine bar, restaurant and wine shop, located in Wells, Somerset serving all day charcuterie. For 600 years the Bishop’s Eye has stood proud as the gateway to the Bishops Palace. Today the Grade II listed building has been lovingly restored and is now home to the Bishop’s Eye.

Adam and Martine Fellows opened Goodfellows in September 2004, quickly becoming one of the most popular restaurants in the area.Adam spent 17 years perfecting his style while working in many of the best restaurants across England, France and Belgium. He was Head Chef for seven years at the Michelin starred Charlton House Hotel.For the last 15 years Adam has delighted customers with his modern European dishes featuring fish, meat and vegetarian dishes which are light but intense with flavour.
